Though the weather has been less than fabulous this week, we woke to a beautiful and sunny Christmas morning. We enjoyed getting together with Andy's family on Saturday, but Jen's relatives from Reedsburg were unable to make the Sunday celebration- a mere 11 inches of snow got in the way! So, what do you do with potatoes, stuffing, ham, cheesecake and appetizers a plenty when your party gets cancelled? Well, we invited some friends over last minute for Christmas dinner. It wasn't the day we had expected, but it was nice to visit with the Cook and Payne families Sunday afternoon. Overall, it's been a hectic lead up to the big holiday, but we should be able to spend some time playing with the kids and their new toys, while getting some R&R for the rest of the week.
